Employee uniform and PPE tracker

I need a colorful and easy to manage spreadsheet(s) for the tracking of: duty uniforms, dress uniforms, & PPE (personal protective gear) with room for 35 EMS employees & 40 Fire employees. I am needing it to show current items on hand for each person, with some solution to show what is currently on order, and what is on backorder with an ETA, for each person. They are issued the following for duty uniforms: Polos, T shirts, Pants, Belts, Boots, 3in1 parka, pullover jacket. For dress uniforms: Dress coat, Long sleeve, Short sleeve, dress pants, gloss belt, gloss shoes, collar brass-shirt, collar brass- jacket, badge, hat, tie, shoulder boards. PPE: extrication coveralls, work gloves, rescue helmet, rescue goggles, rain jacket. I need the sheet(s) to work well in the Microsoft cloud for use in teams and excel web app. I am wide open to ideas on template, it just needs to be WOW and as easy to maintain as possible, especially with regard for pending/placed orders and backordered items. The list of each item should contain space to input sizes and quantities, as well as a last received date.
