Employee Presense, Absence Time Sheet based on clockin/out, total hours by project

I am looking for a proficient freelancer to build an google sheet based time sheet as demonstrated in attached. following data are available.:
1. emp#, name, vendor name, clockin/out time, date, project#
2. based on this info, i need an extract of who is absent and the date of absence (who is supposed to be working and is available on employee db)
3. based on the info, i need as well a time sheet as demonstrated in screenshot (see attachment).
