Employee Performance Excel Dashboard Creation

We are seeking a skilled freelancer with strong Excel expertise to create a performance tracking dashboard for our employees. This dashboard will consolidate and visualize key performance metrics using pivot tables and data visualization tools.

Dashboard Requirements:

Attendance & Punctuality Tracking section - ability to pull by employee name
-A section to manually input daily attendance data (call-outs, no-call no-shows, suspensions).
Quality Data Visualization
-Pivot tables generated from weekly uploaded datasets.
Performance Metrics
-Safe driving records
-Driving violations
- Quality KPIs (DCR, DSB, POD, DNS, returns)
All would be pulled from weekly uploaded datasets

Ideal Candidate:

Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, data visualization, formulas, automation)

Experience in creating dashboards for performance tracking

Ability to design a MacBook-compatible Excel dashboard

Detail-oriented and able to create a user-friendly, automated system

We have an existing file with some data as a starting point. However, the project needs further development, to complete and change the existing structuring if needed.
