Efficient Mail Merge and Reminder System Follow Reminder outlook/excel addon required
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I need to create an addon for excel where I will send email using the built in mailmerge and outlook will be used to send the email.
The addon needs to:
1) monitor for replies sent from these email
2) if no email is received from the domains (as replies may come from a different person) where the email was sent, outlook will trigger a calendar reminder to send a follow up email
3) an email follow up template should be automatically created in the calendar and when I click it, I shouldn't have to add anything extra, except maybe to change the name of the recipient (or if the addon can pick up the name from the first email, that would be best) and then I can click send.
