Edit database documentation

Hello, I have a pdf copy of a database document. It contains information on built-in functions including its name, syntax, decsription and examples. The description and examples may be quite long. All functions are listed in Section 3 of the pdf. I would like to create a spreadsheet from this so that we only extract the function name, syntax and a very short description. I am attaching the original pdf as well as the template for the output. You will see that is half-filled already. I am looking for someone to fill in the rest. You can skip functions in the pdf that are not in the Excel template. You will need excellent English skills and a basic familiarity with Excel to do this. Please include your quote.
