Edit an Excel file to be Aesthetically Pleasing

Looking for someone to make an excel file aesthetically pleasing. The file is relatively small (few pages) and is used to track ongoing issues. All the info is already entered, the file just needs to be aesthetically pleasing (for presentations and whatnot). Organization would help as well.
