Easy Calculation Chart

Hello, I explain what i do and what I need and you give me a price please. I have to bill tenants (tenants of apartments) every month for the amount of gallons of water and sewer they have used. But the city does not give me the updated prices and they just give me a piece of paper as a chart and every month I have to spent time doing the math to come up with the total of the water each tenant has used and how much they have to pay........ can do a nice clean/easy chart with the updated prices for me?....... In total I am guessing it will take around 4 to 5 hours of work at the very very most ..... Nothing difficult at all and in fact very easy but time consuming and there can NOT BE ANY ERRORS. It is pure concentration, having a calculator in hand and sending it in a nice clean format to me..... please see the attached pic .... In total there 3 pages like the page that I am attaching. Example: on the very first line where you says 3000 (that is 3000 Gallons) and then under charges you see $21 and $7 ..... well I want a chart that says 3000 Gallons and in front the 3000 gallons, you add the $21 plus the $7 (which is $28) and just add 7% (and 7% of the $28 is $1,96) and add the 28 plus 1.96 more which gives you $29.96..... but always round it up to the next dollar which is $30 ...... so all in all I want is 3000 Gallons and in front of it write $30 .... and do the same with each number you see...... again there are 3 pages alike. Happy to pay 50 Euros. Thanks
