EXCEL expert needed to run a script or formula in a file and run it

I need a freelancer to run a script or use a formula to compare the cities in tab 1, to the city addresses in tab two and highlight all the addresses in tab two that are in tab 1. Thats it. There should already be two tabs with the addresses in this file ready to use the script of formula on. the two tabs are labeled but I am referring to them as tab 1 and tab 2. This job will pay a miximum of $50 dollars, ALSO any bids under $50 will be considered also of course.
