EXCEL VBA EXPERT- VERY EASY

See attached. Column L shows the output I need. The amount of rows in data goes on so need this to loop every 5 rows. Logic is that if the date has passed, sum the amounts into the top row. If the date hasn't passed then keep that amount as a separate row. Need output just to be an efficient script using the same formats in file attached.
