EXCEL PROJECT-MATCH ZIPS IN ONE EXCEL FILE TO 2032 FILE #6 AND HIGHLIGHT

We need a Freelancer to match the zip codes in column A of file one titled "Spectrum Zip Codes-City List W-Population" just the first five digits of the zip code, against the second file titled BULK_ORDER#6_SPECTRUM_TO MATCH TO SPECTRUM ZIPS FILE_7-26-23" in column AE, and for every zip code that is found in the first file in column one, just the first five numbers of the zip code, before the hyphen, then highlight that zip code in file two in column AE. Thats it.
