Sheet to be reviewed and polished in line with the draft - open for suggestions. Consider Pivot instead of current graphs. Color theme to be reviewed, open for suggestions. Dashboard layout to be more balanced - Audit Rating/ Audit Graphs to be more focused as a section 1 approach (the results) and then Audit info as a possible section 2 and then the audit criteria as a section 3.
General layout to be edited where required (check printing format align with view format).
Audit Rating to be calculated from Conformance Key for each KPI to PKA to Overall Audit Rating:
Conformance is weighted 2
Partial Conformance is weighted as 1
Non-conformance is weighted as 0
Observation is weighted with no effect on overall Audit Rating
Good Practive is weighted with no effect on overall Audit Ratin
Audit Scope - provide for text comments.
Executive Summary - provide for text comments.
Provide a line for notes under each KPI in Cell "D".
Report Status (Cell F/G 18-21) could only be closed of all KPI's have been closed (from Cell M/N) merge these 2 cells.
