EXCEL Macro: delete content between empty rows then the empty rows

I am looking for a freelancer who can create an Excel macro that will help me with data formatting. Specifically, I need the macro to delete content between empty rows, and then delete the empty rows themselves. The project requires the following:
- A macro that can identify and delete content between empty rows
- The ability to delete the remaining empty rows
- The macro should be compatible with Excel 2016 or later
Ideal skills and experience for this project include:
- Strong experience in creating macros for Excel
- Knowledge of Excel data formatting and cleaning techniques
- Familiarity with Excel 2016 or later
