EXCEL FORMULA TO LOOKUP AND OUTPUT DATA

I need a formula made in excel.
I have an excel sheet that i scan barcodes into.
Column A Has the BARCODE
Column C has the Date.
each row descends in the order of date.
i need a formula to identify each single barcode on the most recent date and find the most recent previous date that barcode was scanned then calculate the number of days in between. if that number is more than 90 i need that barcode to be either highlighted or populated into a separate sheet automatically
