EXCEL FORM FOR RESUME COMPANY DATA

my request is quiete simple: i have to deal with a large number of practice, i lready have an excel sheet model that resume a number of data fo a practice. i need the form to be blocked for avoiding errors by the people who work for that.
As a homepage i need a resume of all the single sheets to see the monthly total revenues
