MY request for making our work more efficient we have the following tasks which need to be combined and become automated with Macros and any other parameter
Preparing our Negotiation File which has to be prepared on a weekly basis (See attached Example)
Every week we have to send our offer which is based upon availability of products
Based on the offer we create a worksheet used for negotiation purposes
The offer is based on the negotiation Worksheet ( see below and attached reports)
After the negotiation process, we send various reports based on the negotiation results
Some reports are sent to the customer and some internally ( they are on the negotiation worksheet)
Preparing our stock reconciliation File which keeps offline stocks on a daily basis for 1 week (See attached Example)
( our life stock is inserted in Microsoft Business Central, but all production process will be finalized at the end of the day – So we re using this process to keep an eye on our immediate needs for ordering products and keep truck)
This excel is based on the final products agreed to deliver to our customer for next week
For every day there are 2 sheets ( RAW & FINISHED) (eg: Stock Reconciliation W52-2024)
The orders are inserted on the separate sheet named Orders
We have to prepare every week the above 2 files
The database includes the Products based on Customer’s codes with all details , Our items Codes for Finished linked with Our Items Raw and Customer codes
Need to keep history of all the above
