EDI Specialist
Budget: $20 – $30 USD
• Effectively manage a high volume of concurrent connection projects in various stages of implementation.
• Works independently and makes decisions impacting the scope, and direction of the connection implementation.
• Provide technical guidance on account structures, review and analyze carrier file specs, code/map new EDI files, and review test files.
• Works with internal and external people throughout the connection implementation to effectively resolve benefit setup, data, and coding discrepancies.
• Communicates effectively with clients, sales, and third-party carriers to clarify specifications, potential issues, and come to a resolution.
• Uses project management and problem-solving skills to maintain the feeds on an ongoing basis. Provides weekly updates on implementation projects.
• Accountable for client satisfaction related to the connection implementation. Accurate and timely project completion results in higher client satisfaction and retention.
