Dynamics 365 - data extract report

hi i am not sure how to put this in project, but i need someone to help me create a report or something which will help be get extra data from dynamics into excel. There are 2 main report in F&O :
1 - Ledger transaction - this is already there in dynamics but when i run this for YTD many times the report keeps crashing or time out. So i need this built so i get this report without having crashing issue.
2 Age Debtors - this is also there but i want to put invoice description and gl code where the invoice has been coded to.
i dont currently have admin rights on this and have desktop version of Power BI.
I will work with you to get this working so will require quite a few back and forth and happy to pay this by hour for the right person.
