Dynamics 365 Finance and Operation on-Premises Integration

We are interested to build an integration between Excel and another Third-Party Application (TPA) from one side and Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations On-Prem from other side so D365FO Sales Invoice Data may be feed into both Excel & TPA.
