Dynamic data capture

Excel is linked to a stock-broker application through a macro program. Live market data points like price and number of contracts keep getting updated in excel through the link. I need help with a report which takes a "paste special values" of the data points at different togglable time intervals (5 mins / 15 mins / 30 mins / 1 hr)
