Dynamic PDF Tariff Document Design
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
We are looking for a designer to assist with our PDF tariff document. This PDF includes company details, a tariff table (with vehicle types, sizes/capacity, prices, and minimum charges per mile), our logo, and a footer with contact details and a website link. We do not require a redesign of the PDF; rather, we need to link the PDF to an Excel spreadsheet, so that when we update vehicle details, prices, or other information in Excel, the changes will automatically reflect in the PDF.
The final deliverables should include the existing PDF document, a linked Excel file, and clear instructions on how to update the file efficiently. The goal is to streamline the updating process without requiring manual edits in Adobe, making it easier for all team members to manage the content.
