I'm seeking a proficient Excel expert to create a dynamic dashboard of a Restaurant. It should consolidate and present data on the following key areas:
- Sales
- Employee performance
- Financial metrics
- Incomes by item
- Costs
- Expected Sales by Items

Key Project Requirements:
- The dashboard should update on a weekly basis, reflecting the latest data.
