Dynamic Excel Row Mover

I need an Excel expert to create a basic sheet with interactive functionality. The goal is to move rows between sheets based on dropdown selections.

Requirements:
- Dropdown options: Completed, Pending, Pending 2nd Attempt, Awaiting More Information
- Ability to move rows to a new sheet when a status is selected
- Move rows back if status is changed
