Dynamic Excel Automation Macro

Hello,
for our group of customers we need to create Excel template which will enable them to order our goods. We chose this method of ordering because the customer needs the solution by the end of this week and also that they are used to ordering via Excel template.
The excel will contain macro which will control minimum order quantity and other conditions and if fulfilled, will enable to click on button which will create the output file (xml or csv).
**IMPORTANT** We need the solution by the end of this week.
