Dynamic Distance-Based Fee Calculator

I would need excel table to calculate DDP cost from China. The cost per container and shipments port are variables and it will be changing for example: I would need to calculate transportation costs from Ningbo to for Sur Mer, other time is it is different port. So probably ports has to be in another excel sheet so I can update the transportation routes and costs, same for currency.
