About the Project:
We manage a loyalty program where customers earn points based on their spend with our client’s business. These customers can then redeem their points for products from a curated catalogue.
We are required to:
Build a dropshipping product catalogue including the following categories:
*Connected Living & Tech Essentials
*Modern Living – Home Décor & Furnishings
*Urban Wear – Fashion & Footwear
*Travel Essentials – Luggage & Luxury Goods
*Gift Cards
Receive orders from the loyalty platform
Source products and ensure delivery to individual customer addresses
What We’re Looking For:
We are looking for someone who can either:
Set up the entire dropshipping system (suppliers, platforms, processes), or
Guide us as a coach/consultant through:
Finding reliable South African dropshipping suppliers
Integrating product catalogues for the above categories
Streamlining order fulfillment to individuals
Recommending best tools, software, and processes for this model
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience with dropshipping in South Africa
Knowledge of local suppliers for tech, fashion, home, travel, and gift cards
Familiarity with loyalty/reward or e-commerce fulfillment is a plus
Able to provide practical and efficient solutions for smooth operations
