Download hundreds pictures starting from a link in excel

Hi, we have an excel file with a lot of link of images. Link are in coloumns. What we need is_
- download all the images (see attached file form column D to K)
- save them in a folder on our FTP (we will giuve you credential) leaving the same name they have. One folder for each coloum (name the folder with the letter of coloumn)
we need the code for future use, with an explanetion on how to run it.
