Document Generation Automation

I need help automating the generation of documents. Currently, I am working with a combination of data from spreadsheets with placeholders in doc files that need to be customized. I am looking for someone who has experience using the preferred tool or software that I have chosen. The customization level for each document needs to be moderate. I want the end product to completely automate document generation, quickly and accurately.
