Display Excel file on webpage

I have code that I have used for many years to display contents of an Excel spreadsheet on my website. Please see the attached ExistingCode.zip file for the code and to see how this looks, go to https://www.tour-tips.com/PGA/Archive/Masters_betfair.asp?table=PreEvent.
You can see that the different worksheets are displayed as different tables.
However, this is old code and while the tables have sortable columns, they display simple text.
Please check the other attachment, FilesToDisplay.zip.
I would like the formatting in the two Excel spreadsheets to be displayed when they are displayed as tables on the webpage, rather than simple plain text.
Can you provide the code for this?
