Discounted Cash Flow Excel Analysis
Budget: $30 – $250 NZD
I am looking to have a discounted cash flow model created in Excel for property valuation analysis
This task should not take long to complete as all data and parameters are given
Key Requirements:
- Input Data: The project will require the use of the property data,
- Model Parameters:DCF model will be for 10 years
- Excel Model: The freelancer is expected to use the document provided and complete the rest of the remaining data. They will then be required to fill this in the Key Assumptions (Sheet 1)
The ideal candidate for this project will have:
- Proficiency in financial modeling, specifically in creating discounted cash flow analyses.
- Expertise with Excel and a strong understanding of property investment principles.
- Clear communication skills, as they will need to follow a provided model and be able to explain their process if necessary.
Please note that the data will be provided, please see the attached example. I require the DCF model on sheet 6 to be completed for my document, which I will provide once the job is accepted.
