Diagnose an excel issue

I have 2 relatively small Excel files that seem to freeze and eat up 99% of my 16G of memory maybe once an hour. I've done a list of things to reduce memory and/or recreate the files, but it still seems to happen, but just with new version of these files, not 6 month old versions - however I've made so many changes I can't go back. I would love to Zoom with someone for 1-2 hours and help me diagnose the issue. I can't share these files so we'll have to look at them live. I'll throw in a bonus if you can fix the problem.
