We would like some assistance to put together a financial appraisal, business plan and Powerpoint presentation for an off-grid community living project in Devon.
We are hoping to secure a large site with capacity for 30 new eco homes on 3-5acre separate plots within a larger estate boundary with a central education centre, health centre, sport and wellness centre.
We would like some help to put all this information together as a spreadsheet and presentation for our stakeholders to review, with all the financials, acquisition break down, build cost breakdown, borrowing cost breakdown etc. in a business plan with potential future revenue opportunities on the land also.
