Development of excel based forecasting sheet

Each month we forecast sales, production and inventory using an established excel sheet. I would like to have this developed so that it draws the base data from our inventory management system (API??), allowing manual adjustments on sales forecasts and presents the production and inventory requirements in a format that is easy to engage with.
