Develop formulas for back testing a data set and investment thesis in Excel

Hello, I'm looking for someone with advance Excel programing skills to populate a spreadsheet with formulas in order to replicate an stock investment process. Attached is the project. The tabs labelled "WORK" will be the ones you'll work on, and the cells colored ORANGE need the formulas to carry out the investment process.
The tabs labelled "SAMPLE" are ones that I've coded using some formulas + some hard coding, but it takes me too long to hard code by hand, and risks human errors. I need you to replicate the investment process shown on the SAMPLE tabs on the WORK tabs using only formulas and not any hard coding.
It's OK if you create extra columns to perform additional functions, and you can keep them unhidden or hidden (up to you)
Not sure if this would involve macros/VBA (that is beyond my knowledge), but it needs to be done in Excel, and I would need you to set it up so it will automatically follow the investment process when I paste in new data sets.
