I am looking for a skilled freelancer to develop an excel sheet to track various operations activities for my assigned projects. The excel sheet should include the following:

- Project contract status
- Payment schedule & status ( forecast & actuals)
- Change request tracker
- Plan purchase requisitions track & status
- RFI tracker
- Other activities
- overall budget dashboard
- overall project operational dashboard

I am open to suggestions regarding the layout and format of the excel sheet. If you have any ideas or templates, please share them with me.
