Develop OCR to Scan and Store OMR Data In Exccel

I am looking for a developer who can create an OCR system to scan and store OMR data in Excel.
Format of the OMR data:
- The data is in printed forms.

- Accuracy is the most important factor for us.
Expected volume of OMR data to be processed daily:
- We have a high volume of OMR data, with more than 500 pages to be processed daily.
Ideal skills and experience for the job:
