Develop App For Pump Calibration

I am looking to turn my excel workbook into an app. I use this spreadsheet to track my work and perform simple calculations etc. Ideally, this would have a tracking function and database capabilities as the work is performed at the same location every two years. This database should have a search function so you can find serial numbers, locations, and customers The ability to attach pictures to each report/test page would be a requirement. The app would need to have a summary page for all of the work performed and pull values from each test completed. Attached are pictures of the current excel sheet with all data that is recorded.

This would need to have a function that could look up a value from the test page and find it on a temperature chart and provide the corresponding temperature values. This chart would change depending on the product that is selected for testing. All charts and products would be provided. All formulas/functions in current excel would need to be transferred to the app.
