Design Excel VBA code for automated trading.

I have an excel file that signals a buy or sell signal to me.
I also have an excel interface connected to igindex.com
and this can be used to manually trade through excel.
I want to automate the process of buying or selling stocks for day trading. We will be working on a demo site and not using real money.

We will need to modify the excel file to read my buy/sell signals from another excel sheet that I have created and then automatically create the order and buy the stock. The order will then need to be closed when a criteria has been met.
This is an ongoing project that I have broken down into numerous tasks. Each task can be completed and then we can work on the next task.
You must be an expert in VBA and excel.
