Design a Digital Flight Schedule & Manpower Dashboard Layout for Wall Display (2 x 55" TVs)
Budget: $30 – $250 SGD
I’m working in aircraft line maintenance and planning to digitize our current whiteboard system, which shows the weekly flight schedule (Mon–Sun), manpower assignments, and urgent notes.
- Current Whiteboard Includes:
Monday to Sunday columns
Airline + flight number rows
ETA, gate assigned
Engineer & Mechanic assignment
Pinned urgent notes
- My Initial Setup Idea:
2 x 55” Smart TVs (side by side) mounted on the wall
Bottom area: physical whiteboard for ad-hoc writing
I want to use the TVs to display a clean, well-organized digital dashboard layout, showing all relevant information clearly.
- What I Need From You:
Layout design/mockup for this digital dashboard
Suggestions on how best to structure flight data and manpower info on 2 screens
Recommendations on tools (Google Sheets, Excel, custom web page, etc.)
Optional: If capable, create a basic working prototype or template
- The system doesn’t need to be complex — a well-designed visual layout is my first goal. I’ll handle data input if it's via simple sheets or dashboard.
