On Demand hourly based Virtual Assistant for Shopify & Excel aswell as Faire and Mailchimp -- 2

We have a B2B Store in Shopify.
What we need is someone who is experienced in:
- Bulk uploading orders so you dont have to add product by product
- Uploading of new products
- Updating Prices
- Basically any task around a B2B Store
- in Order to Bulk Upload you need to be highly experienced in working with Excel and the Formulas it has to offer.
- Optimization of Faire Products (roughly 700 products)
- Removal of Duplicates in Faire
- Work on Mailchimp
- We need an automation to be integrated. It is already preset in Zapier but we are after a free version as we dont have enough orders to justify a monthly payment.

2. Please tell us about your experience with B2B in Shopify?
3. How do you ensure to work efficiently? How long would it take you to upload an order that consists of a variation of 40 different products in different quantities?
4. How do you update prices. Lets say there are 400 prices to be updated and we would provide you with an excelsheet with the new prices? How long would it take you?
5. If new products need to be added how do you do that. How does it work in relation to the images? How long would it take you to upload 100 Products when we provide you a)with an excelhsheet with all products and the website to pull the images from b) asking you to pull all information from our mother website.
6. How do you optimize products in Faire? We have roughly 700 products. What exactly would you do and how long would it take for this amount of products? Please note that product titles should not be touched.
7. We need an automization programmed that if someone orders in B2C it automatically creates a B2B order. This has actually already been created in Zapier but we are after a free version. How would you solve this.
