Decode an Excel Macro - Chennai Large Client

I would like to decode an Excel Macro written in VB script - I have the excel file and the PDF that explains the whole code. The project is for a large client based in Chennai and you might have to go their office regularly and document all the code.

The code is an open source project that they want to completely document the logic and then convert into a web application.
