Date Tracker

I currently have a spreadsheet that tracks compliance for participants in a trial. I need Columns "F" ""G" and 'H" to populate with the populated headers. These would only require minimal formulas. I would like Column "F" to give me the previous weekly window date range. Very similarly, i would like column "G" to give me the most current window date range. In column "H" i need a value of "Yes or "No" if there is an event in the column between the most current date range. Feel free to ask any questions.
