Datamatrix & GS1 128 to GTIN Conversion

I need a streamlined solution to convert Datamatrix, GS1 128 codes, and HIBC codes into a specific format using a Zebra DS4308.

Requirements:
- Input: Various codes (Datamatrix, GS1 128, HIBC)
- Output: Excel sheet/GSheet with GTIN, TAB Batch NumberTAB Expiration date ENTER
- No data validation is needed on converted fields
