Database with Google sheets integration

Looking who can build a database that will store and manage the data, wits some simple chart sorting. Data will need to be enter via google sheets. Additionally need to have data checker in google sheets that will validate the new data, to make sure there are no duplicates. Please see attachment for small sketch overview.
