Database Entry and Lookup

I need assistance creating an ongoing database. I have a PDF list with company information that needs to be entered into a CSV Excel document.
The Excel document should have separate columns for:
- Company Name
- Contact Name (if provided)
- Mailing Address
- Email Address
- Phone Number
After this initial data entry, I will provide additional company names for you to look up online and find the required information.
