Database Cleanup & Formatting for ZOHO CRM Lead Import

Project Description
I have 4 Excel databases that I need to prepare for import as "Leads" into my ZOHO CRM.

I'm looking for a freelancer who can:
✅ Clean and organize the data across all files.
✅ Ensure all fields are properly filled and aligned in the correct columns.
✅ Deliver the final files in CSV or XLSX format, following ZOHO CRM’s import template for leads.

Specific Tasks
? Structure and separate the following fields:

Full Name
Phone Number
Email
Address (split into street, number, neighborhood, city, state, ZIP code, etc.)
Company
Job Title (if available)
Additional Notes
? Provide the cleaned and structured data in CSV or XLSX, ready for import into ZOHO CRM (a sample import template can be provided if needed).

Freelancer Requirements
✅ Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
✅ Experience with CRM data formatting (preferably ZOHO).
✅ Strong attention to detail and data organization.
✅ Ability to deliver quickly and communicate clearly.

Expected Delivery
