Data visualisation in Excel

I'd like to visualise data concerning a group of people. There are three data scales, each one ranging from 0-100. I'd like an excel sheet where I can put in initials for each person and then the three numbers. The spreadsheet then creates a chart using a type of radar graph to show where each person fits.
