Data retrieval and entry

I have over 300 clients save into a hard drive database. I also have a number of vendors and their data that would have to be entered as well. This data could be entered into a CRM (to be determined) or an excel spreadsheet.

The hard drive consists of PDF files, where the names and numbers will have to be entered into this database.
