Data mining for property management company’s and real estate for lead generation for home services company

I am looking for an experienced data miner to assist with my project. I need someone to mine data from public records and deliver it in a spreadsheet. Specifically, I need to mine for property details (address, size, etc.), owner information (name, contact details, etc.), and financial data (rental income, expenses, etc.) related to property management companies and real estate for lead generation for my home services company.
