Data entry work need filling of very short survey forms.

I'm looking for someone to take on a data entry project involving a survey form. Approximately 100-200 forms will need to be filled out, requesting information about product preferences. My desired format for the data to be submitted in is an Excel Spreadsheet. The perfect candidate for this project should have experience with data entry, handling surveys, and working with Excel spreadsheets. Any experience related to product preferences would also be beneficial.
