Data entry from Magazine Photos

I have 5 pages from a magazine. Each page has a table with lots of information. I need an individual table created for each page in Excel, but do not need all the info on the table. I only need certain certain columns pulled from the photo and added to an Excel document.

A sample photo is attached. Highlighted columns show what would need to be pulled.
